This is the one call you need to make!!! Do not look any further. We had two service calls preformed by Konica employees couldn’t solve the problem with brand new print heads. We were down for two weeks. Called Chris at 10 am, he was in our office by 2 pm after making his first two stops. He had it diagnosed within 20 minutes and had us operating by 4 pm. Seems the facyory reps installed the print heads incorrectly then advised us that our 9 year old bizhub c203 was done. We will not call anyone else. Thank you Chris.
