Thank you very much for your help over the phone. I appreciate you taking my phone call. I called you because I got your name on a google search. We realized after talking that you were not located near my work location in Bensalem Pa. But, you did offer to help me over the phone by interpreting the service messages I was getting from my Ricoh printer.
